Reflexions GrowthOS

Reflexions GrowthOS is a private internal application that uses the Google Ads API to retrieve and analyse campaign, Shopping and Performance Max reporting data for Reflexions' own advertising account. Its purpose is to help Reflexions Beauty Services Pvt Ltd monitor ecommerce marketing performance, reconcile advertising with product availability and fulfilled sales, protect advertising spend from unavailable inventory, and make evidence-based optimisation decisions.

Purpose and functionality

GrowthOS helps authorised Reflexions employees and approved technical contractors monitor and improve the performance of Reflexions' own ecommerce advertising. It combines aggregate Google Ads and Merchant Center performance with first-party Shopify product, inventory, order, fulfilment and margin data.

The application provides campaign and product reporting, measurement and feed-health checks, profit-aware recommendations, inventory protection, and carefully controlled advertising actions such as preventing unavailable products from continuing to receive advertising spend.

Users and access

GrowthOS is an internal business tool. It is not offered as a public SaaS product, does not manage advertising for third-party clients, and does not sell or resell Google advertising data.

Google user data and safeguards

  • Google Ads API data is used only for Reflexions' own advertising accounts and internal business operations.
  • Only the minimum campaign, product and aggregate performance fields required for reporting and optimisation are requested.
  • GrowthOS does not use Customer Match, remarketing user lists, or Google account profile data.
  • Shopify customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and payment information are not transmitted through the Google Ads API workflow.
  • Automated actions are bounded, logged and verified. Material budget, pricing, claims and campaign-structure changes require human approval.
  • Application credentials and developer tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser.
