Refund & Return Policy

At Reflexions, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read the policy below for eligibility, process, and refund timelines.


1) Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Window

Returns/exchanges for eligible products are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt/proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Reflexions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personal care products (including cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene items)
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards/vouchers

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, skincare, cosmetic, and hygiene products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Products received with less than 6 months shelf life unless disclosed otherwise at the time of purchase

We encourage customers to make informed choices before purchasing personal care items.


2) Damaged Packages on Delivery

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package from the courier.

Please take photos/videos as evidence and contact us immediately at info@reflexions.in so we can assist you promptly.


3) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Email info@reflexions.in with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will guide you and provide a return authorisation (if applicable).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories/documents.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, damage, or product defect.


4) Refunds & Timelines

Refund Initiation

Once your return/cancellation is approved and the item is received and verified, we initiate the refund within 48 hours.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Estimated Refund Timelines (After Initiation)

  • UPI: 2–4 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 24–72 hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Non-EMI): 5–7 business days
  • Netbanking: 5–7 business days
  • HDFC Credit Card EMI: 7–14 business days to reflect

If the EMI has already been converted, the interest/EMI reversal may appear as an adjustment in the next 1–2 billing cycles, as per HDFC Bank’s issuer process.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer/UPI after valid details are shared by the customer.

Processing time: 3–5 business days from the time we receive accurate information.

“Business days” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public/bank holidays in India. Actual posting timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment issuer.

Partial Refunds & Multi-Item Orders

Approved refunds are processed item-wise and follow the same timelines mentioned above.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a product defect or our error.


5) Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and process the returned item.

7) Products with Shorter Shelf Life / Near Expiry

At Reflexions, we may occasionally offer special discounts on products with a shorter remaining shelf life.

Unless specifically disclosed otherwise on the product page, we do not intentionally ship products with less than 6 months remaining before expiry at the time of delivery.

If a customer receives a product with less than 6 months remaining before expiry from the date of delivery, they may request a return or refund by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order details
  • Product images
  • Batch/expiry images

Please Note

  • Products purchased under a specifically disclosed “near expiry” or “clearance” offer may not be eligible for return/refund solely due to shelf life, provided the expiry date was clearly communicated before purchase.
  • Natural variations in packaging updates, batch design, or manufacturer changes do not qualify as defects.
