Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders within the price range of Rs. 1000 to Rs. 19000, we provide a Cash on Delivery option. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Please note that COD is not available for orders below Rs. 1000 or above Rs. 19000.

Same Day Shipping: If you place an order before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays), we will ship your order on the same day. This ensures that your package is dispatched as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow until 4pm on the same day for tracking information to become available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected delivery date.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next day delivery for orders shipped to the following cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Pune. If you place your order before 2pm on a working day, you can expect to receive your package the next day.

Delivery in 2-3 Days: For cities not mentioned in the above list, we strive to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.

Business Days and Public Holidays: Our shipping services operate on business days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
